6-7 February 2024
Training session on the analysis of furan and alkylated furans in cereals. The purpose of the training was to train the participants using the chemical analytical method for determination of furan and alkylated furans in food products used by the EURL-PC.
The training took place at the EURL-PC laboratory in National Food Institutes, Kgs. Lyngby, Denmark between 6-7 February 2024.
