Hands-on training for the analysis of MCPD fatty acid esters and glycidyl esters using the EURL-PC analytical approach. This training program was designed toward practical skills for the analysis of MCPD fatty acid esters and glycidyl fatty acid esters in baby foods.
The training took place at the EURL-PC laboratory in National Food Institutes, Kgs. Lyngby, Denmark between 23-25 April 2024.
