The “hands-on” training for the analysis of 3-MCPD and glycidyl fatty acid esters is designed toward practical skills for analysis of 3-MCPDEs and GEs in infant formulae, baby foods, and edible oils.
The training took place at the EURL-PC laboratory in National Food Institutes, Kgs. Lyngby, Denmark between 10-12 March 2020.
