Training session on the analysis of acrylamide in food based on the analytical method of acrylamide used by the EURL-PC. The principles are sample homogenization, extraction with water, centrifugations, clean up on multimode SPE-column, filtration, and detection by LC-MS/MS.
The training took place at the EURL-PC laboratory at National Food Institutes, Kgs. Lyngby, Denmark between 7-8 May 2025.
