The "hands-on" training for the analysis of free 3-MCPD. This training program is designed toward practical skills for the analysis of free 3-MCPD in infant formulae, edible oils, etc.
The training took place at the EURL-PC laboratory in National Food Institutes, Kgs. Lyngby, Denmark between 7-8 February 2023.
