Hands-on training for the analysis of MOSH/MOAH in food using LC-GC-FID, method and principles are based on ISO 20122:2024. This training program is designed toward practical skills for the analysis of MOSH/MOAH in dry food and vegetable oils.
The training took place at the EURL-PC laboratory at National Food Institute, Kgs. Lyngby, Denmark between 9-12 September 2025.
